$65-$95 Save the Dates: 50 Save the Dates for $65, or 100 Save the Dates for $95. Professionally designed with your engagement photos, and printed on 4x8 non-magnetic cards with envelopes. 3 design options with 3 revisions by email included.
Before or After Session: A 2 hour bridal session for both the bride and the groom, on location scheduled before or after the wedding day. Available in four styles: classic, themed, dry-clean the dress, trash the dress. **Discounted Price with your wedding package!**

Modifications:

Take off $250 to remove Preparation coverage and reduce coverage time to a 6 hour maximum. May not be available for travel weddings.
Take of $145 to remove the engagement session.
Take off $420 for an intimate wedding (2 attendants maximum and less than 30 guests, Coverage reduced to 1 photographer, no preparation coverage, 6 hour maximum). This option may not be available on all days of the week, or for travel weddings.
Take off 40% for a Wedding-Day Portraiture-only package. Includes First Look Session, Bride & Groom Session and Bridal Party Session. May not be available on all days of the week, or for travel weddings.

Wedding Fees:

Taxes: State and Local taxes apply to all sales at 9.25%
Travel fees are variable. All sessions include coverage within Chattanooga City Limits. Travel does not apply to select venues outside of Chattanooga City Limits including: Sunrise Farms in Trenton GA, Grandview at Lookout Mtn GA, Fairyland Club at Lookout Mtn GA, Black Fox Farms in Cleveland TN, Laurelwood Farms at Signal Mtn TN, Gordon Lee Mansion in Chickamauga GA.
Overtime: coverage extended over listed times $150/hr. Grace period 30 minutes.
Attendant Fee: greater than 5 per side, $40/pair
Additional expenses incurred on the wedding day (additional travel, parking, venue, overtime, etc) must be compensated in full before receiving any product.
Optional Bridal Party Rainy Day Insurance: $20/head must be paid 8 days in advance of the ceremony date. (Check your 10-day forecast). Non-refundable.
Holidays may require additional fees. Please check with us concerning your date.

WEDDING BOOKING: Requires a 30% (of the total) deposit with a signed photography agreement. This reserves the date and locks in the price. The remaining balance is due no less than 30 days prior to the ceremony date. It can be made in scheduled payments, or in one sum. PROMS AND OTHER LARGE EVENTS $1295

4 hours of journalistic event coverage from arrival to last dance, artistic and candid capture of event decor, food, dancing and attendees.
2 photographer coverage
Includes formal session coverage in price with attendee option to purchase print packages from online in the View & Order Gallery. Does not include backdrop-- each event host must supply their own backdrop (contact us for more information regarding size/dimensions suggestions)
All photographs except formal sessions are edited and produced on disc to the client with rights for printing. Additional prints and prodcuts are also available in the Online View & Order Gallery for the host and attendees.
Number of event finals: minimum 50 finals per hour of coverage.

SMALL EVENTS (birthdays, births etc) $130/hour with a (2) hour minimum

Journalistic event coverage with artistic and candid capture of event decor, food, agenda and attendees.
1 photographer coverage
Option to add formal session coverage with attendee option to purchase print packages from the Online View & Order Gallery. Does not include backdrop-- each event host must supply their own backdrop (contact us for more information regarding size/dimension suggestions) $250 for 2 portraiture set-up hours
All photographs except formal sessions are edited and produced on disc to the client with rights to print. Additional prints and products are also available in the Online View & Order Gallery for the host and/or attendees.
Number of event finals: minimum 30 finals per hour of coverage.

Large/Small Event Fees (non-wedding):

Travel fees are variable. There is no travel fee within Chattanooga City Limits.
Overtime: coverage extended on Large events is at $150/hr, small events at $130/hr. Grace period 30 minutes. Based upon availability.
Additional expenses incurred on the event day (travel, parking, venue, overtime etc) must be compensated in full before receiving and product.

LARGE/SMALL EVENT BOOKING: Requires a 30% (of the total) deposit with a signed photography agreement. This reserves the date and locks in the price. The remaining balance is due no less than 30 days prior to a large event, and no less than 14 days prior to a small event. It can be made in scheduled payments, or in one sum.
